Ad-Ventures is an expo held by the Greater Lehigh Valley division of the American Advertising Federation (AAFGLV). When the pandemic forced numerous agencies to close their doors, AAFGLV encountered difficulties in organizing agency tours; a customary practice over the years. Simultaneously, students expressed apprehension about safety, or faced logistical constraints that prevented them from attending.

Recognizing the need for a solution that would bring agencies and students together, AAFGLV pivoted appropriately with a fresh perspective of bringing all participating agencies into a single space and day, enabling greater accessibility for students and streamlining the event logistics. They sought our expertise in designing a vibrant and energetic experience that would captivate attendees, from the event's naming to its overall creative execution.

By consolidating the agencies and streamlining the event, AAFGLV's revitalized Ad-Ventures Expo attracted significantly more students compared to previous years. The dynamic approach invigorated the event and created a memorable experience for all participants. Additionally, the revamped event format allowed agencies to garner greater exposure, ultimately benefiting the advertising industry as a whole.

We helped AAFGLV not only provide a platform for agencies to showcase their work, but also enabled students to engage with the advertising industry in a meaningful way.
