THE ROLE
You’re the kind of person who knows everyone. Or at least, you know how to talk to anyone. You’re out in the world—at coffee shops, events, coworking spaces, concerts, breweries—and you’re naturally curious about what people do, what they’re building, and where they might need help.

This is a Brand Ambassador role: you represent Structure in your everyday life, introduce us to the people and businesses who might need branding, design, or creative support—and when that turns into a project, you get paid. Simple as that.

You don’t need to know everything about what we do. You just need to know how to talk about it, make a genuine connection, and open the door. If a conversation leads to something real, we’ll take it from there. You get the credit (and the commission).

YOUR ROLE

• Be visible, be social, and be Structure’s presence out in the real world.

• Talk about what we do to the people who need it—founders, small business owners, marketers, entrepreneurs, the person sitting next to you at the bar.

• Spot opportunities where Structure can help—whether it’s a brand refresh, a new website, a campaign, or something bigger.

• When someone’s interested, hand them off to us. If it turns into a project, you get a cut.

• Keep in touch with us—let us know what’s bubbling up, who you’re talking to, and how we can help you make the intro.

THE DEAL

• Commission-based:

  • 5% of the total value for projects under $10K

  • 10% for projects $10K–$25K

  • 15% for anything over $25K

• No cap, no ceiling, no limits. If you bring us ten leads that close, you get paid ten times.

• No base pay—this role is for people who thrive on connections, not cold calling.

• We’ll give you tools: cards, materials, decks, and some talking points—but we’re not here to micromanage.

• We’ll loop you in if we need follow-up, or if you want to stay close to a project.

THE ROLE

You are a connector, a communicator, a door-opener. You know how to start conversations that don’t feel like sales calls, and how to build relationships that lead to real opportunities. You understand creative services enough to speak credibly about what we do, but your superpower is your ability to get Structure in front of the right people — business owners, decision-makers, and teams in need of what we offer.

This is a contract role, ideal for someone entrepreneurial and outgoing who wants to be rewarded for results. Your mission: generate warm leads and open doors. Once you’ve made the intro, we take it from there. You bring the spark — we’ll light the fire.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Start conversations with potential clients across industries and within our 4-hour radius (and beyond), focusing on those who would benefit from brand, design, or campaign work.

2. Act as the first touchpoint for Structure—introduce who we are, what we do, and why we’re worth a closer look.

3. Source, vet, and warm up leads before passing them along to the team for discovery and closing.

4. Attend events, mixers, trade shows, and panels—or just know how to spot opportunity when it’s sitting at the next table. For events that are paid, we cover the bill.

5. Collaborate with our team to stay sharp on our offerings, case studies, and point of view. You don’t need to sell Structure, you just need to pitch it right.

6. Track your outreach efforts—what’s working, what’s not, and who’s worth a follow-up in 30 days.

7. Build partnerships with purpose—this isn’t a volume game. It’s about quality connections that lead to meaningful work.

OUR STRUCTURE

• Compensation is commission-based: a percentage of any project that closes from your lead. 10% for projects under $10K, 15% for projects $10K–$25K, 20% for anything over $25K.

• No cap. No ceiling. Bring in five projects or fifteen—we’ll keep paying.

• No base salary—this is for someone hungry, not someone waiting for leads to fall in their lap.

• We offer marketing materials, decks, and positioning you can use to help tell our story.

• You’ll report directly to our Director and be looped in for monthly check-ins.

THE IDEAL SCOUT

• You’re confident, charismatic, and comfortable talking to anyone—from a small business owner in Easton to a brand director in Brooklyn.

• You’ve got some experience in outreach, partnerships, fundraising, sales, or business development—even better if it’s in creative, agency, or startup land.

• You like the hunt. You’re self-directed, organized, and don’t wait for permission to follow up.

• You value creativity, good design, and thoughtful branding. You’re excited by what Structure does.

• You’re local to the Northeast or comfortable with remote networking and virtual connections.

• You’re not a closer. You’re a connector. We’ll handle the pitch meeting—you just get us in the room.

THE ROLE

You’re a motion designer who knows how to bring brands to life—literally. Logos, typography, icons, layouts—you see them all as opportunities to create movement with meaning. You understand the difference between flashy and intentional. Your animations serve a purpose: to elevate design, build recognition, and make people feel something.

Structure is looking for a freelance Motion Graphics Artist to join us on a contract basis. We’re not after a generalist—we’re after someone who obsesses over timing curves, has an eye for good design, and can translate static creative into captivating motion. If you know how to move things with taste and punch, we want to talk.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Animate logo systems in ways that feel fresh, intentional, and true to brand tone.

2. Design and animate branded visual elements for social, web, pitch decks, and video content.

3. Collaborate with designers and directors to understand the “why” behind the brand and express it in motion.

4. Provide final exports and working files optimized for multiple formats and platforms.

5. Stay organized across multiple projects, deliver on time, and communicate clearly along the way.

6. Push the craft—whether that’s playing with new techniques, better easing, or leveling up your After Effects tricks.

OUR STRUCTURE

• Contract-based role—project-to-project.

• Remote-friendly, but U.S.-based preferred for time zone collaboration.

• Paid per project, with scope, timelines, and budget defined upfront.

• We’ll give you brand guidelines, source files, and creative direction to work from.

• Expect 2–3 rounds of feedback, not 12. We respect your time.

THE IDEAL MOTION DESIGNER

• You’re confident in After Effects and maybe even a little Cinema 4D or Figma prototyping (but not required).

• You know how to design for motion, not just animate someone else’s ideas.

• You get branding. Not just pretty colors and logos—you get how brands behave.

• You can work independently, but you collaborate like a pro.

• You’ve got a portfolio with a mix of clean logo builds, brand expressions, and social animations that show both restraint and creativity.

5. You’re part of the culture here: curious, collaborative, and a little obsessed with getting better every day.

6. You work hybrid - from our studio in Allentown and are punctual & reliable - and from your computer remotely, and respectful of people’s time.
